18 Section 15. Subsection (16) is added to section
19 1002.42, Florida Statutes, to read:
20 1002.42 Private schools.--
21 (16) STATEWIDE ASSESSMENT PROGRAM.--The governing body
22 of each parochial, religious, denominational, or private
23 school shall annually administer the Florida Comprehensive
24 Assessment Test (FCAT) to its students at the elementary,
25 middle, and high school levels in accordance with chapter
26 1008.
