11 The Committee on Ethics and Elections (Rich) recommended the
12 following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 3, lines 23-26, delete those lines
16
17 and insert: provided for 8 hours per day, including weekends,
18 weekday and 8 hours in the aggregate each weekend at each site
19 during the applicable periods. Early voting sites shall open
20 and close on each applicable day at times chosen by the
21 supervisor of elections. Early voting sites shall open no
22 sooner than 7 a.m. and close no later than 7 p.m. on each
23 applicable day.
