11  Senator Clary moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         Lines 279 through 284, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  
17         Section 3.  The sum of $2,418,816 in recurring funds
18  and $525,000 in nonrecurring funds are appropriated from the
19  General Revenue Fund to the Department of Environmental
20  Protection as a transfer to the Northwest Florida Water
21  Management District for the 2006-2007 fiscal year. Funds are
22  provided in order to implement the environmental resource
23  permitting program authorized by s. 373.4145, Florida
24  Statutes.
