4 | Remove line(s) 1647-1650 and insert: |
5 | Section 16. The sum of $243,557 is appropriated from the |
6 | General Revenue Fund to the Executive Office of the Governor for |
7 | the establishment of the Office of Child Abuse Prevention, |
8 | $236,376 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of |
9 | Children and Family Services to handle the increase workload as |
10 | a result of the mandatory reporting requirement for public |
11 | school personnel, and $2,802,522 from the General Revenue Fund |
12 | and $3,994,766 from the Medical Care Trust Fund to the Agency |
13 | for Health Care Administration to fund the Medicaid expansion. |
14 | Section 17. Sections 1, 2, 4, and 13 of this act shall |
15 | take effect July 1, 2006, to fund the provisions identified in |
16 | section 16. |
17 | Section 18. The remaining sections of this act that do not |
18 | require a specific appropriation shall take effect on July 1, |
19 | 2006. |
20 | Section 19. Section 11 of this act shall take effect July |
21 | 1, 2006, only if a specific appropriation to fund the provisions |
22 | of that section is made in the General Appropriations Act for |
23 | fiscal year 2006-2007. |
