3     Amendment to Amendment (074037) (with title amendment)
4     Between lines 4305 and 4306, insert:
5     Section 29.  (1)  The Revenue Estimating Conference shall
6estimate the net increased revenues accruing to the General
7Revenue Fund from taxes imposed under chapter 212, Florida
8Statutes, for the fiscal year during which the impact of one or
9more named hurricanes or tropical storms occurred and for the
10following fiscal year, which increase is attributable to such
11impact.
12     (2)  The Chief Financial Officer shall, by July 31
13following the estimate by the Revenue Estimating Conference,
14transfer moneys in the General Revenue Fund in an amount equal
15to the increased revenues estimated by the Revenue Estimating
16Conference under this subsection as follows:
17     (a)  Eighty percent to the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe
18Fund.
19     (b)  Twenty percent to the Executive Office of the Governor
20for purposes of funding the housing retrofit program to be
21administered by the office.
