14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 107, line 28, through
16             page 108, line 3, delete those lines
17  
18  and insert:  
19         (15)  If the insurer timely agrees in writing to comply
20  and timely complies with the recommendation of the neutral
21  evaluator, but the policyholder declines to resolve the matter
22  in accordance with the recommendation of the neutral evaluator
23  pursuant to this section:
24         a.  The insurer is not liable for extra-contractual
25  damages related to a claim for a sinkhole loss but only as
26  related to the issues determined by the neutral evaluation
27  process. This section does not affect or impair claims for
28  extra contractual damages unrelated to the issues determined
29  by the neutral evaluation process contained in this section;
30  and
31         b.  The insurer is not liable for attorney's fees under
