| 4 | Remove lines 898-905 and insert: |
| 5 | (b) The program shall include the offering of a grant to |
| 6 | owners of manufactured and mobile homes. Homeowners accepted for |
| 7 | the program shall be eligible to qualify for a grant in which |
| 8 | the homeowner may receive up to $2,500 in state moneys. A |
| 9 | homeowner may not be required to provide any matching amount in |
| 10 | order to receive the grant. |
