| 7 | conduct a study of the development of loss relativities for |
| 8 | wind-resistive features of residential structures. The study |
| 9 | shall estimate the effectiveness of wind-resistive building |
| 10 | features in reducing hurricane damage to residential buildings, |
| 11 | including loss relativities to be used in calculating premium |
| 12 | incentives for consumers who incorporate such features into |
| 13 | their homes. The office shall prepare and submit a study report |
| 14 | to the Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of |
| 15 | the House of Representatives by January 1, 2007. |
