11  The Committee on Criminal Justice (Wise) recommended the
12  following amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 7, lines 23-24, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  juvenile detention officer and must be subject to
18  training in compliance with s. 985.406. In addition, the
19  member's primary duties and responsibilities must be the
20  supervision and control of detainees in all activities, the
21  maintenance or assurance of the safe and secure custody of all
22  assigned detainees and the creation or maintenance of an
23  environment of zero tolerance for detainee escapes, detainee
24  abuse, sexual harassment and inappropriate conduct by staff
25  with detainees; or the member must be the direct supervisor or
26  command officer of a member or members who have such
27  responsibilities; provided, however, administrative support
28  personnel, including, but not limited to, those whose primary
29  duties and responsibilities are in accounting, purchasing,
30  legal services and personnel management, shall not be
31  included.
