| 8 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 9 |
|
| 10 | Section 1. Powell Family Structures and Materials |
| 11 | Laboratory designated; University of Florida to erect suitable |
| 12 | markers.-- |
| 13 | (1) The new Structures and Materials Research Laboratory |
| 14 | for the College of Engineering at the University of Florida is |
| 15 | designated as the "Powell Family Structures and Materials |
| 16 | Laboratory." |
| 17 | (2) The University of Florida is directed to erect |
| 18 | suitable markers designating the Powell Family Structures and |
| 19 | Materials Laboratory as described in subsection (1). |
| 20 | Section 2. Farrior Hall designated; University of Florida |
| 21 | to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 22 | (1) The Academic Advising Center at the University of |
| 23 | Florida is designated as "Farrior Hall." |
| 24 | (2) The University of Florida is directed to erect |
| 25 | suitable markers designating Farrior Hall as described in |
| 26 | subsection (1). |
| 27 | Section 3. Steinbrenner Band Hall designated; University |
| 28 | of Florida to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 29 | (1) The proposed band rehearsal facility at the University |
| 30 | of Florida is designated as "Steinbrenner Band Hall." |
| 31 | (2) The University of Florida is directed to erect |
| 32 | suitable markers designating Steinbrenner Band Hall as described |
| 33 | in subsection (1). |
| 34 | Section 4. Orkin Termite Training Facility designated; |
| 35 | University of Florida to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 36 | (1) The proposed termite training facility at the |
| 37 | University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural |
| 38 | Sciences' Mid-Florida Research and Education Center in Apopka is |
| 39 | designated as the "Orkin Termite Training Facility." |
| 40 | (2) The University of Florida is directed to erect |
| 41 | suitable markers designating the Orkin Termite Training Facility |
| 42 | as described in subsection (1). |
| 43 | Section 5. Jim and Alexis Pugh Hall designated; University |
| 44 | of Florida to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 45 | (1) The building that will house the Graham Center and |
| 46 | other programs at the University of Florida to be built near |
| 47 | Newell Hall is designated as "Jim and Alexis Pugh Hall." |
| 48 | (2) The University of Florida is directed to erect |
| 49 | suitable markers which shall read "Pugh Hall." |
| 50 | Section 6. L. E. "Red" Larson Dairy Science Building |
| 51 | designated; University of Florida to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 52 | (1) The Dairy Science Building at the University of |
| 53 | Florida is designated as the "L. E. 'Red' Larson Dairy Science |
| 54 | Building." |
| 55 | (2) The University of Florida is directed to erect |
| 56 | suitable markers which shall read "Larson Hall." |
| 57 | Section 7. John M. McKay Visitors' Pavilion designated; |
| 58 | Florida State University to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 59 | (1) The proposed entrance pavilion at the John and Mable |
| 60 | Ringling Museum of Art at the Florida State University Center |
| 61 | for Cultural Arts in Sarasota is designated as the "John M. |
| 62 | McKay Visitors' Pavilion." |
| 63 | (2) Florida State University is directed to erect suitable |
| 64 | markers designating the John M. McKay Visitors' Pavilion as |
| 65 | described in subsection (1). |
| 66 | Section 8. This act shall take effect July 1, 2006. |
