| 6 | WHEREAS, the sixty days of the 2006 Regular Session of the |
| 7 | Florida Legislature will expire on May 5, 2006, and the |
| 8 | necessary tasks of the session have not been completed, NOW, |
| 9 | THEREFORE, |

| 11 | Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of |
| 12 | Florida, the Senate Concurring: |

| 14 | That the 2006 Regular Session of the Florida Legislature is |
| 15 | extended to 1 a.m., Saturday, May 6, 2006, under the authority |
| 16 | of Article III, Section 3(d) of the State Constitution. |
