11 The Conference Committee on CS for SB 818 recommended the
12 following amendment:

14 Conference Committee Amendment (with title amendment)
15 Delete everything after the enacting clause

17 and insert:
18 Section 1. Subsection (1) of section 206.9945, Florida
19 Statutes, is amended to read:
20 206.9945 Funds collected; disposition; department
21 authority.--
22 (1) The department shall deposit all funds received
23 and collected by it under this part into the Fuel Tax
24 Collection Trust Fund to be transferred, less the costs of
25 administration and less the service charges to be deducted
26 pursuant to s. 215.20, as follows:
27 (a) Moneys collected pursuant to s. 206.9935(1) and
28 tax revenues collected pursuant to s. 207.003 at the rates
29 specified in s. 206.9935(3) shall be transferred to the
30 Florida Coastal Protection Trust Fund as provided in s.
31 376.11;

1 (b) Moneys collected pursuant to s. 206.9935(2) shall
2 be transferred to the Water Quality Assurance Trust Fund as
3 provided in s. 376.307; and
4 (c) Moneys collected pursuant to s. 206.9935(3), less
5 any refunds granted under s. 206.9942, shall be transferred to
6 the Inland Protection Trust Fund as provided in s. 376.3071.
7 This paragraph does not apply to moneys collected pursuant to
8 s. 207.003 and transferred pursuant to paragraph (a).
9 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
