12 recommended the following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 Delete everything after the enacting clause

17 and insert:
18 Section 1. William W. "Bill" Hinkley Center for Solid
19 and Hazardous Waste Management designated; Department of
20 Environmental Protection to erect suitable markers.--
21 (1) The Florida Center for Solid and Hazardous Waste
22 Management in Gainesville is designated as the "William W.
23 'Bill' Hinkley Center for Solid and Hazardous Waste
24 Management."
25 (2) The Department of Environmental Protection, in
26 coordination with the University of Florida and the University
27 of Florida Foundation, will erect suitable markers designating
28 the William W. "Bill" Hinkley Center for Solid and Hazardous
29 Waste Management as described in subsection (1).
30 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
