  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to building designations;

  3         designating the Florida Center for Solid and

  4         Hazardous Waste Management as the "William M.

  5         'Bill' Hinkley Center for Solid and Hazardous

  6         Waste Management"; directing the Department of

  7         Environmental Protection to erect suitable

  8         markers; providing an effective date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11  

12         Section 1.  William M. "Bill" Hinkley Center for Solid

13  and Hazardous Waste Management designated; Department of

14  Environmental Protection to erect suitable markers.--

15         (1)  The Florida Center for Solid and Hazardous Waste

16  Management in Gainesville is designated as the "William M.

17  'Bill' Hinkley Center for Solid and Hazardous Waste

18  Management."

19         (2)  The Department of Environmental Protection is

20  directed to erect suitable markers designating the William M.

21  "Bill" Hinkley Center for Solid and Hazardous Waste Management

22  as described in subsection (1).

23         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
