11  The Committee on Ways and Means (Atwater) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 160, between lines 14 and 15,
16  
17  insert:  
18         Section 78.  For the 2006-2007 fiscal year, the sum of
19  $3,587,000 in nonrecurring funds is appropriated from the
20  General Revenue Fund and $6,413,000 in nonrecurring funds is
21  appropriated from the Grants and Donations Trust Fund in the
22  Department of Environmental Protection for the purpose of
23  funding the Renewable Energy Technologies Grants program
24  authorized in section 377.804.
25         Section 79.  For the 2006-2007 fiscal year, the sum of
26  $5,500,000 in nonrecurring funds is appropriated from the
27  General Revenue Fund to the Department of Agriculture and
28  Consumer Services for the purpose of funding the Farm to Fuel
29  Grants program authorized in section 570.954.
30         Section 80.  For the 2006-2007 fiscal year, the sum of
31  $2.5 million in nonrecurring funds is appropriated from the
