15         On page 162, between lines 26 and 27,

17  insert:  
18         Section 78.  (1)  The tax levied under chapter 206,
19  Florida Statutes, may not be levied on the retail sale of
20  motor fuel during the month of August 2006. Notwithstanding
21  any other provision of law, the Department of Revenue may
22  adopt rules to administer this section.
23         (2)  Each Department of Transportation road project in
24  the work plan for Broward County is postponed for 1 year.
