10 | additional 2 years upon application to the authority having |
11 | jurisdiction and an inspection of the foundation system to |
12 | determine the system's integrity and ability to perform. An |

14 | complete inspection and verified findings of fault with the |
15 | foundation system. This subsection does not apply to a |
16 | residential manufactured building or factory-built school. |
