11  The Committee on Criminal and Civil Justice Appropriations
12  (Crist) recommended the following amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 11, between lines 16 and 17,
16  
17  insert:  
18         Section 7.  The sums of $2,407,423 in recurring funds
19  and $847,929 in nonrecurring funds are appropriated from the
20  General Revenue Fund to the Department of Legal Affairs and
21  the sums of $439,404 in recurring funds and $67,760 in
22  nonrecurring funds are appropriated from the Grants and
23  Donations Trust Fund to the Department of Legal Affairs for
24  the 2007-2008 fiscal year for the purpose of implementing the
25  provisions of this act related to the investigation and
26  prosecution of computer child pornography, and 50 full-time
27  equivalent positions and associated rate of 2,217,594 are
28  authorized.
