11 Senator Haridopolos moved the following amendment:

13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 30, between lines 4 and 5,

16 insert:
17 Section 10. The executive director of the Department
18 of Revenue is authorized, and all conditions are deemed met,
19 to adopt emergency rules under ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54(4),
20 Florida Statutes, for the purpose of implementing this act.
21 Notwithstanding any other provision of law, such emergency
22 rules shall remain in effect for 6 months after the date of
23 adoption and may be renewed during the pendency of procedures
24 to adopt rules addressing the subject of the emergency rules.
