11  Senator Haridopolos moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 2, lines 9-12, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  delivering to the property appraiser by June 1,
17  2007, a copy of the adopted regular or emergency ordinance
18  authorizing the increase.
19         Section 3.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a
20  law and shall apply retroactively to January 1, 2007.
