11  The Committee on Judiciary (Webster) recommended the following
12  amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 2, line 18, through
16            page 3, line 4, delete those lines
17  
18  and insert:  
19         (a)  All costs collected by the courts pursuant to this
20  subsection shall be remitted to the Department of Revenue in
21  accordance with administrative rules adopted by the executive
22  director of the Department of Revenue for deposit in the
23  Additional Court Cost Clearing Trust Fund.
24         1.  These funds and the funds deposited in the
25  Additional Court Cost Clearing Trust Fund pursuant to s.
26  318.21(2)(c) shall be distributed as follows:
27         a.1.  Ninety-five and two-tenths Ninety-two percent to
28  the Department of Law Enforcement Criminal Justice Standards
29  and Training Trust Fund.
30         b.2.  Three and seventy-eight one-hundredths Six and
31  three-tenths percent to the Department of Law Enforcement

 1  Operating Trust Fund for the Criminal Justice Grant Program.
 2         c.3.  One and two one-hundredths and seven-tenths
 3  percent to the Department of Children and Family Services
 4  Domestic Violence Trust Fund for the domestic violence program
 5  pursuant to s. 39.903(3).
 6         2.  The funds deposited in the Additional Court Cost
 7  Clearing Trust Fund pursuant to s. 318.21(2)(c) shall be
 8  distributed as follows:
 9         a.  Ninety-two percent to the Department of Law
10  Enforcement Criminal Justice Standards and Training Trust
11  Fund.
12         b.  Six and three-tenths percent to the Department of
13  Law Enforcement Operating Trust Fund for the Criminal Justice
14  Grant Program.
15         c.  One and seven-tenths percent to the Department of
16  Children and Family Services Domestic Violence Trust Fund for
17  the domestic violence program pursuant to s. 39.903(3).
