  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to exemption from requirements

  3         for public records and meetings; expressing the

  4         legislative intent to revise laws relating to

  5         exemption from requirements for public records

  6         and meetings; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to exemption from requirements for public records and

12  meetings.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
