11  The Committee on Regulated Industries (Geller) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments) 
15         On page 6..., between lines 24 and 25.,
16  
17  insert:  (3)  TAX CREDITS ON SLOT MACHINE REVENUES.--Each slot
18  machine licensee shall be allowed tax credits as follows:  Up
19  to five percent (5%) to be used for capital projects to
20  enhance and improve existing or new facilities and the
21  creation of new jobs, and purse payments; up to five percent
22  (5%) for payments to the municipality and/or county where the
23  slot machine licensee is located as well as for fees required
24  under s. 551.106(1), s. 551.107(7)(b) regarding general
25  occupational licenses, and s. 551.118(3).
