11  Senator Jones moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 12, lines 20-25, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  
17         (5)  A slot machine, or the computer operating system
18  linking the slot machine, may not be linked by any means to
19  any other slot machine or computer operating system within the
20  facility of a another slot machine licensee. A progressive
21  system may not be used in conjunction with slot machines
22  within or between licensed facilities.
