  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to prekindergarten through

  3         grade 12 education; expressing the legislative

  4         intent to revise laws relating to

  5         prekindergarten through grade 12 education;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to prekindergarten through grade 12 education.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
