  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to funding for prekindergarten

  3         through grade 12 education; expressing the

  4         legislative intent to revise laws relating

  5         funding for prekindergarten through grade 12

  6         education; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to funding for prekindergarten through grade 12

12  education.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
