11  The Committee on Criminal Justice (Wilson) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 3, lines 11-13, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         6.  The cost of the state and federal criminal history
19  check required by level 2 screening may be borne by the
20  facility or home provider or the person fingerprinted. The
21  Department of Law Enforcement shall provide an invoice to the
22  department for fingerprints submitted.
