  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to implementing the 2007-2008

  3         General Appropriations Act; expressing the

  4         legislative intent to revise laws relating to

  5         implementing the 2007-2008 General

  6         Appropriations Act; providing an effective

  7         date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

12  relating to implementing the 2007-2008 General Appropriations

13  Act.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
