  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to expenditure limitations for

  3         clerks of court; expressing the legislative

  4         intent to revise laws relating to adjustments

  5         to expenditure limitations for the clerks of

  6         court; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to adjustments to expenditure limitations for the

12  clerks of court.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
