15         On page 4, line 26, through
16            page 5, line 23, delete those lines

18  and insert:  
19         (a)  The council shall consist of 14 members,
20  including:
21         1.  The Secretary of Health, or his or her designee;
22         2.  The dean of the University of Miami School of
23  Medicine, or his or her designee;
24         3.  The dean of the University of Florida College of
25  Medicine, or his or her designee;
26         4.  The dean of the University of South Florida College
27  of Medicine, or his or her designee;
28         5.  The dean of the Florida State University College of
29  Medicine, or his or her designee;
30         6.  The dean of Nova Southeastern University College of
31  Osteopathic Medicine, or his or her designee;

 6         9.  The chief executive officer of the Greater
 7  Southeast Affiliate of the American Heart Association, or his
 8  or her designee;
 9         10.  The chief executive officer of the American Lung
