  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to university building and

  3         facility designations; providing for the

  4         designation of buildings and facilities at the

  5         University of Florida; directing the university

  6         to erect suitable markers; providing an

  7         effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  Bispham Turfgrass Support Building

12  designated; University of Florida to erect suitable markers.--

13         (1)  Bispham Turfgrass Hall at the University of

14  Florida is designated as the "Bispham Turfgrass Support

15  Building."

16         (2)  The University of Florida is directed to erect

17  suitable markers designating the Bispham Turfgrass Support

18  Building as described in subsection (1).

19         Section 2.  Mark Bostick Golf Course designated;

20  University of Florida to erect suitable markers.--

21         (1)  The golf course at the University of Florida is

22  designated as the "Mark Bostick Golf Course."

23         (2)  The University of Florida is directed to erect

24  suitable markers designating the Mark Bostick Golf Course as

25  described in subsection (1).

26         Section 3.  L. Gale Lemerand Football Support Facility

27  designated; University of Florida to erect suitable markers.--

28         (1)  The support building on the football practice

29  fields at the University of Florida is designated as the "L.

30  Gale Lemerand Football Support Facility."

 1         (2)  The University of Florida is directed to erect

 2  suitable markers designating the L. Gale Lemerand Football

 3  Support Facility as described in subsection (1).

 4         Section 4.  Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium designated;

 5  University of Florida to erect suitable markers.--

 6         (1)  The softball stadium at the University of Florida

 7  is designated as the "Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium."

 8         (2)  The University of Florida is directed to erect

 9  suitable markers designating the Katie Seashole Pressly

10  Stadium as described in subsection (1).

11         Section 5.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2007.
