9 at 921 N. Davis Street in Jacksonville as the
10 "Mary L. Singleton Education Office"; directing
11 the Department of Education to erect suitable
12 markers; designating the administration
13 building at the Florida State Hospital in
14 Chattahoochee as the "William DeWitt Rogers
15 Administration Building"; directing the
16 Department of Children and Family Services to
17 erect suitable markers; designating the Florida
18 Center for Nursing in Orlando as the "Florida
19 Barbara B. Lumpkin Center for Nursing";
20 directing the Department of Health to erect
21 suitable markers; providing an effective date.

23 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

25 Section 1. Bispham Turfgrass Support Building
26 designated; University of Florida to erect suitable markers.--
27 (1) Bispham Turfgrass Hall at the University of
28 Florida is designated as the "Bispham Turfgrass Support
29 Building."

1 (2) The University of Florida is directed to erect
2 suitable markers designating the Bispham Turfgrass Support
3 Building as described in subsection (1).
4 Section 2. Mark Bostick Golf Course designated;
5 University of Florida to erect suitable markers.--
6 (1) The golf course at the University of Florida is
7 designated as the "Mark Bostick Golf Course."
8 (2) The University of Florida is directed to erect
9 suitable markers designating the Mark Bostick Golf Course as
10 described in subsection (1).
11 Section 3. L. Gale Lemerand Football Support Facility
12 designated; University of Florida to erect suitable markers.--
13 (1) The support building on the football practice
14 fields at the University of Florida is designated as the "L.
15 Gale Lemerand Football Support Facility."
16 (2) The University of Florida is directed to erect
17 suitable markers designating the L. Gale Lemerand Football
18 Support Facility as described in subsection (1).
19 Section 4. Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium designated;
20 University of Florida to erect suitable markers.--
21 (1) The softball stadium at the University of Florida
22 is designated as the "Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium."
23 (2) The University of Florida is directed to erect
24 suitable markers designating the Katie Seashole Pressly
25 Stadium as described in subsection (1).
26 Section 5. Frank and Carol Morsani Center for Advanced
27 Health Care designated; University of South Florida to erect
28 suitable markers.--
29 (1) The complex being constructed at Magnolia and
30 Holly Drive on the USF Tampa Campus, is designated as the
31 "Frank and Carol Morsani Center for Advanced Health Care."

1 (2) The University of South Florida is directed to
2 erect suitable markers designating the Frank and Carol Morsani

6 Building designated; University of South Florida to erect
7 suitable markers.--
8 (1) The College of Engineering Building II at 3820
9 USF-Alumni Drive on the USF Tampa Campus is designated as the
10 "Glenn Burdick College of Engineering Building."
11 (2) The University of South Florida is directed to
12 erect suitable markers designating the Glenn Burdick College
13 of Engineering Building as described in subsection (1).
14 Section 7. Alfred and Rose Schiff Dean's Conference
15 Room designated; University of South Florida to erect suitable
16 markers.--
17 (1) The Dean's Conference Room in the College of
18 Engineering Building II at 3820 USF-Alumni Drive on the USF
19 Tampa Campus is designated as the "Alfred and Rose Schiff
20 Dean's Conference Room."
21 (2) The University of South Florida is directed to
22 erect suitable markers designating the Alfred and Rose Schiff
23 Dean's Conference Room as described in subsection (1).
24 Section 8. Nicholson School of Communication Building
25 designated; University of Central Florida to erect suitable
26 markers.--
27 (1) The Communication Building at the University of
28 Central Florida is designated as the "Nicholson School of
29 Communication."

5 designated; University of Central Florida to erect suitable

7 (1) The athletics indoor practice facility at the
8 University of Central Florida is designated as the "Anthony
9 and Sonja Nicholson Field House."
10 (2) The University of Central Florida is directed to
11 erect suitable markers designating the Anthony and Sonja
12 Nicholson Field House as described in subsection (1).
13 Section 10. James and Annie Ying Academic Center
14 designated; University of Central Florida to erect suitable
15 markers.--
16 (1) The building that houses the University of Central
17 Florida Downtown Center is designated as the "James and Annie
18 Ying Academic Center."
19 (2) The University of Central Florida is directed to
20 erect suitable markers designating the James and Annie Ying
21 Academic Center as described in subsection (1).
22 Section 11. Burnett Biomedical Sciences Building
23 designated; University of Central Florida health sciences
24 campus at Lake Nona to erect suitable markers.--
25 (1) The Biomedical Sciences Building at the University
26 of Central Florida health sciences campus at Lake Nona is
27 designated as the "Burnett Biomedical Sciences Building."
28 (2) The University of Central Florida is directed to
29 erect suitable markers designating the Burnett Biomedical
30 Sciences Building as described in subsection (1).

7 (2) The Department of Education is directed to erect

9 Office as described in subsection (1).
10 Section 13. William DeWitt Rogers Administration
11 Building designated; Department of Children and Family
12 Services to erect suitable markers.--
13 (1) The administration building at the Florida State
14 Hospital in Chattahoochee is designated as the "William DeWitt
15 Rogers Administration Building."
16 (2) The Department of Children and Family Services is
17 directed to erect suitable markers designating the William
18 DeWitt Rogers Administration Building as described in
19 subsection (1).
20 Section 14. Florida Barbara B. Lumpkin Center for
21 Nursing designated; Department of Health to erect suitable
22 markers.--
23 (1) The Florida Center for Nursing, created by s.
24 464.0195, Florida Statutes, and located in Orlando, is
25 designated as the "Florida Barbara B. Lumpkin Center for
26 Nursing."
27 (2) The Department of Health is directed to erect
28 suitable markers designating the Florida Barbara B. Lumpkin
29 Center for Nursing as described in subsection (1).
30 Section 15. This act shall take effect July 1, 2007.

4 This Committee Substitute contains the substance of the
following Senate Bills: CS/SB 1160, SB 2566, and SB 422. One
5 amendment was also combined into this Committee Substitute.
6 The following designations were added into CS/SB 1160: the
"Mary L. Singleton Education Office," the "William DeWitt
7 Rogers Administration Building," and the "Florida Barbara B.
Lumpkin Center for Nursing."
