15 On page 53, between lines 3 and 4,

17 insert:
18 Section 3. Two and one-half full-time equivalent
19 positions are authorized with an associated salary rate of
20 $151,278, and the sum of $561,834 in recurring funds is
21 appropriated for the 2007-2008 fiscal year from the Emergency
22 Communications Number E911 System Fund of the Department of
23 Management Services from revenue received pursuant to s.
24 365.173, Florida Statutes, for expenditures related to the
25 creation of the statewide E911 board.
