  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to district school board chair

  3         elections; repealing s. 1001.364, F.S.,

  4         relating to alternate procedure for the

  5         election of district school board chairs;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  Section 1001.364, Florida Statutes, is

11  repealed.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2007.
