| 8 | (a) The plaintiff was paid or otherwise compensated for |
| 9 | acts of prostitution or other acts prohibited under this chapter |
| 10 | and the prohibited activity did not occur as a result of the |
| 11 | defendant having any responsible relationship to the plaintiff |
| 12 | as defined in chapter 777; |
| 13 | (b) The plaintiff engaged in acts of prostitution or other |
| 14 | acts prohibited under this chapter prior to any involvement with |
| 15 | the defendant; or |
| 16 | (c) The prohibited acts did not occur as a result of |
| 17 | coercion or inducement by the defendant, or that the defendant |
| 18 | did not have a responsible relationship to the plaintiff as |
| 19 | defined in chapter 777; or plaintiff made no attempt to escape, |
| 20 | flee, or otherwise terminate contact with the defendant. |
