4     Remove line(s) 356-365 and insert:
5     (3)(5)  The following may constitute affirmative defenses
6It does not constitute a defense to a complaint under this
7section that:
8     (a)  The plaintiff was paid or otherwise compensated for
9acts of prostitution or other acts prohibited under this chapter
10and the prohibited activity did not occur as a result of the
11defendant having any responsible relationship to the plaintiff
12as defined in chapter 777;
13     (b)  The plaintiff engaged in acts of prostitution or other
14acts prohibited under this chapter prior to any involvement with
15the defendant; or
16     (c)  The prohibited acts did not occur as a result of
17coercion or inducement by the defendant, or that the defendant
18did not have a responsible relationship to the plaintiff as
19defined in chapter 777; or plaintiff made no attempt to escape,
20flee, or otherwise terminate contact with the defendant.
