| 5 |      (3)  "Escort service" means any commercial enterprise that  | 
| 6 | arranges or procures individuals for the purpose of providing  | 
| 7 | accompaniment, companionship, or physical contact and sexual  | 
| 8 | activity for any form of compensation. | 
| 9 |      (4)  "Inducement" means something offered for the purpose  | 
| 10 | of or with the reasonably foreseeable effect of causing another  | 
| 11 | person to engage in or remain in prostitution or to relinquish  | 
| 12 | earnings derived from prostitution, and includes, but is not  | 
| 13 | limited to: | 
| 14 |      (a)  Promise of legal benefit. | 
| 15 |      (b)  Promise of financial or material reward. | 
| 16 |      (c)  Promise of marriage. | 
| 17 |      (5)  "Lewdness" means any indecent or obscene act. | 
| 18 |      (6)  "Prostitution" means the giving or receiving of the  | 
| 19 | body for sexual activity for hire; however, the term does not  | 
| 20 | include sexual activity between spouses. |
