14         On page 6, lines 2-8, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  Futures Scholarship;
17         (m)  Strategies to ensure the review of district
18  pupil-progression plans and to amend such plans to include
19  career and professional courses and to include courses that
20  may qualify as substitute courses for core graduation
21  requirements and those that may be counted as elective
22  courses; and
23         (n)  Strategies to provide professional development for
24  secondary guidance counselors on the benefits of career and
25  professional academies.
