15 On page 258, between lines 25 and 26,

18 Section 186. The Board of Governors of the State
19 University System and the university boards of trustees shall
20 repeal, pursuant to chapter 120, Florida Statutes, all rules
21 in Title 6C, Florida Administrative Code, which derive solely
22 from the constitutional authority of the Board of Governors.
