  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to bridge designations;

  3         designating Judge William T. Swigert Bridge in

  4         Marion County; directing the Department of

  5         Transportation to erect suitable markers;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  Judge William T. Swigert Bridge designated;

11  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

12         (1)  The bridge over the railroad tracks on State Road

13  441 at N.W. 3rd Street and N.W. 8th Street in the City of

14  Ocala in Marion County is designated as "Judge William T.

15  Swigert Bridge."

16         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

17  erect suitable markers designating Judge William T. Swigert

18  Bridge as described in subsection (1).

19         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2007.
