11  The Committee on General Government Appropriations (Alexander)
12  recommended the following amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 1, line 27, through
16            page 2, line 13, delete those lines
17  
18  and insert:  
19         Section 1.  (1)  The following trust funds within the
20  Department of Revenue are terminated:
21         (a)  The Apalachicola Bay Oyster Surcharge Clearing
22  Trust Fund, FLAIR number 73-2-028. All current balances
23  remaining in the Apalachicola Bay Oyster Surcharge Clearing
24  Trust Fund, FLAIR number 73-2-028 shall be transferred to the
25  General Inspection Trust Fund within the Department of
26  Agriculture and Consumer Services, FLAIR number 42-2-321.
27         (b)  The Secondhand Dealer and Secondary Metals
28  Recycler Trust Fund, FLAIR number 73-2-617. All current
29  balances remaining in the trust fund on the date of
30  termination shall be transferred to the Administrative Trust
31  Fund within the Department of Revenue FLAIR number 73-2-021.
