11  Senator Saunders moved the following amendment:
12  
13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         Line 598 through line 674, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  
17         Section 3.  For the 2007-2008 fiscal year, the sum of
18  $25 million is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund on a
19  nonrecurring basis to the Office of Tourism, Trade, and
20  Economic Development for the Office of Film and Entertainment
21  for purposes of implementing s. 288.1254, Florida Statutes.
22  Notwithstanding s. 216.301, Florida Statutes, to the contrary,
23  the unexpended balance of this appropriation shall not revert
24  until June 30, 2009.
25         Section 4.  Section 288.1255, Florida Statutes, is
26  repealed.
27         Section 5.  If any provision of this act or the
28  application thereof to any person or circumstance is held
29  invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
30  applications of the act which can be given effect without the
31  invalid provision or application, and to this end the

 1  provisions of this act are declared severable.
 2         Section 6.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2007.
