14 On page 21, between lines 5 and 6,

16 insert:
17 Section 15. E. H. "Gene" Downs Building designated;
18 Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to erect
19 suitable markers.--
20 (1) The Unit No. 2 Packing House Building at the
21 Palatka State Farmers' Market is designated as the "E. H.
22 'Gene' Downs Building."
23 (2) The Department of Agriculture and Consumer
24 Services may erect suitable markers designating the E. H.
25 "Gene" Downs Building as described in subsection (1).
