15 On page 5, between lines 12 and 13,

17 and insert:
18 Section 5. Paragraph (i) is added to subsection (2) of
19 section 163.3202, Florida Statutes, to read:
20 163.3202 Land development regulations.--
21 (2) Local land development regulations shall contain
22 specific and detailed provisions necessary or desirable to
23 implement the adopted comprehensive plan and shall as a
24 minimum:
25 (i) Maintain the existing density of residential
26 properties or recreational vehicle parks when the properties
27 are intended for residential use and are located in
28 unincorporated areas with sufficient infrastructure, as
29 determined by a local governing authority.
