3     Amendment (with title amendment)
4     Remove lines 207-240 and insert:
5     d.  The provision of adequate sites for future housing,
6including housing for low-income, very low-income, and moderate-
7income families, affordable workforce housing as defined in s.
8380.0651(3)(j), mobile homes, and group home facilities and
9foster care facilities, with supporting infrastructure and
10public facilities.
11     e.  The provision of for relocation housing and
12identification of historically significant and other housing for
13purposes of conservation, rehabilitation, or replacement.
14     f.  The formulation of housing implementation programs.
15     g.  The creation or preservation of affordable housing to
16minimize the need for additional local services and avoid the
17concentration of affordable housing units only in specific areas
18of the jurisdiction.
19     h.  The provision of housing adjacent to or closely
20proximate to employment centers that reduce trip lengths and is
21affordable to the employees and persons served by the employment
22center.
23     i.  By July 1, 2008, each county in which the gap between
24the buying power of a family of four and the median county home
25sale price exceeds $150,000, as determined by the Florida
26Housing Finance Corporation, and which is not designated as an
27area of critical state concern shall adopt a plan for ensuring
28affordable workforce housing, as defined in s. 380.0651(3)(j).
29At a minimum, the plan shall identify adequate sites for such
30housing. For purposes of this sub-subparagraph, the term
31"workforce housing" means housing that is affordable to natural
32persons or families whose total household income does not exceed
33140 percent of the area median income, adjusted for household
34size.
35     j.  Failure by a local government to comply with the
36requirement of sub-subparagraph h. will result in the local
37government being ineligible to receive any state housing
38assistance grants until the requirement of sub-subparagraph h.
