14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 15, between lines 20-21,
16  
17  insert:  
18         Section 6.  Subsection (4) is added to section
19  253.0341, Florida Statutes, to read:
20         (4)  Notwithstanding the requirements of this section
21  and the requirements of s. 253.034 which provides a surplus
22  process for the disposal of state lands, the board shall
23  convey to Miami-Dade County title to the property on which the
24  Graham Building, which houses the offices of the Miami-Dade
25  State Attorney, is located. By January 1, 2008, the board
26  shall convey fee simple title to the property to Miami-Dade
27  County for a consideration of one dollar. The deed conveying
28  title to Miami-Dade County must contain restrictions that
29  limit the use of the property for the purpose of providing
30  workforce housing as defined in s. 420.5095, and to house the
31  offices of the Miami-Dade State Attorney. Employees of the
