22 as "Robert L. Blum Bridge."
23 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
24 erect suitable markers designating Robert L. Blum Bridge as
25 described in subsection (1).
26 Section 23. George W. Harris, Jr. Boulevard
27 designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
28 markers.--
29 (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 98/State Road 35/700

1 Section 31. Aristides Sastre honored; Department of
2 Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
3 (1)--The corner of W. Flagler Street, State Road 968,
4 and LeJeune Road, State Road 953, in Miami-Dade County is
5 dedicated to the memory of Aristides Sastre.
6 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
7 erect suitable markers in honor of Aristides Sastre as
8 described in subsection (1).
9 Section 32. Isadore Hecht Street designated;
10 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
11 (1) That portion of N.W. 7th Street between N.W. 37th
12 Avenue and N.W. 38th Court in Miami-Dade County is designated
13 as "Isadore Hecht Street."
14 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
15 erect suitable markers designating Isadore Hecht Street as
16 described in subsection (1).
17 Section 33. Sheriff Chris Daniels Fountain designated;
18 Department of Transportation to permit suitable marker.--
19 (1) The fountain located in the water retention area
20 bordered by U.S. 441, Old U.S. 441 and State Road 19 in
21 Tavares, Lake County, is designated as the "Sheriff Chris
22 Daniels Memorial Fountain."
23 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
24 permit the construction and maintenance by the City of Tavares
25 of a suitable marker with identification of donors at a
26 location in proximity to the water retention area, of a type
27 consistent with applicable safety and design criteria.
28 Section 34. Victor Hernandez, Sr. Way designated;
29 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
30 (1) That portion of 7th Avenue NW, between 125th
31 Street and 135th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated as
