11  The Committee on Criminal and Civil Justice Appropriations
12  (Crist) recommended the following amendment to amendment

15         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
16         On page 17, between lines 4 and 5,
17  
18  insert:  
19         Section 10.  The sums of $39,906 in recurring funds and
20  $221,526 in nonrecurring funds are appropriated from the
21  General Revenue Fund to the Office of State Courts
22  Administrator for the 2006-2007 fiscal year for the purpose of
23  implementing the provisions of this act, and one full-time
24  equivalent position and associated rate of 53,093 are
25  authorized. The sum of $46,330 in recurring funds is
26  appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of
27  State Courts Administrator for the 2007-2008 fiscal year.
28         Section 11.  The sum of $158,756 in recurring funds is
29  appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department
30  of Corrections for operating costs for the 2006-2007 fiscal
31  year. The sum of $316,180 in recurring funds is appropriated
