| 5 | equitably taxed throughout the state. The data published must |
| 6 | include the annual percentage increase in total nonvoted ad |
| 7 | valorem taxes levied by each municipality and county and |
| 8 | information concerning the distribution of ad valorem taxes |
| 9 | levied among the various classifications of property, including |
| 10 | homestead, nonhomestead residential, new construction, |
| 11 | commercial, and industrial properties. The published data must |
| 12 | also include the previous year's adopted millage rate, the |
| 13 | current year's millage rate, and the current percentage increase |
| 14 | in taxes levied above the rolled-back rate. At a minimum, the |
| 15 | data must be published on the department's website and on the |
| 16 | websites of all property appraisers of this state, if available. |
| 17 | Publication must shall occur within 90 not later than 60 days |
| 18 | after receipt of extended rolls for all counties pursuant to s. |
| 19 | 193.122(7). |
| 20 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2007, and |
