3     Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
4     Remove lines 18-32 and insert:
5equitably taxed throughout the state. The data published must
6include the annual percentage increase in total nonvoted ad
7valorem taxes levied by each municipality and county and
8information concerning the distribution of ad valorem taxes
9levied among the various classifications of property, including
10homestead, nonhomestead residential, new construction,
11commercial, and industrial properties. The published data must
12also include the previous year's adopted millage rate, the
13current year's millage rate, and the current percentage increase
14in taxes levied above the rolled-back rate. At a minimum, the
15data must be published on the department's website and on the
16websites of all property appraisers of this state, if available.
17Publication must shall occur within 90 not later than 60 days
18after receipt of extended rolls for all counties pursuant to s.
19193.122(7).
20     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2007, and
21shall apply to the January 2008 tax roll and subsequent tax
22rolls.
