  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to state road designations;

  3         designating Kevin John Fischer Memorial Highway

  4         in Volusia County; directing the Department of

  5         Transportation to erect suitable markers;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  Kevin John Fischer Memorial Highway

11  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable

12  markers.--

13         (1)  That portion of Interstate 95 between State Road

14  400 and State Road 600 in Volusia County is designated as

15  "Kevin John Fischer Memorial Highway."

16         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

17  erect suitable markers designating Kevin John Fischer Memorial

18  Highway as described in subsection (1).

19         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2007.
