  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of Legal

  3         Affairs; expressing the legislative intent to

  4         enact laws relating to the jurisdiction of the

  5         department; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact laws

10  relating to the jurisdiction of the Department of Legal

11  Affairs and the Attorney General.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2007.
